Q. Can you pick up my computer for repair?

A. Yes, for an additional $20 we would be happy to pick it up from you, perform the repairs and bring it back to your home in the Temecula, Murrieta, Winchester, Wildomar and Menifee areas.

Q. Can you repair the computer in my home?

A. Possibly, depending on the problem. By bringing the computer to us, and allowing us to do the repair in our home we are able to work on several computers at the same time which keeps our price low. When we work in the field we are only working on one computer, making the work more expensive.

Q. How long will it take to repair?

A. Computer repairs that do not require parts will take 2-3 business days to complete.  Repairs that require parts may take longer since we do not keep all parts in stock.  If parts are needed, they can take anywhere from 1 to 5 days to receive. If time is critical, we should be able to do a quick diagnosis, and let you know whether we believe parts will be needed. You can then decide whether to allow us to proceed with ordering the parts for the repair or to have the work performed by someone else.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. At this time we can only accept checks or cash.  I know this is an inconvenience for many, but we hope the money you save will help offset the inconvenience.

Q. What about a warranty?

A. We warrant our service for 60 days following the date the work was done. If our service work is out of warranty, but you feel something has gone wrong with the service we performed, please contact us so that we can work out a resolution. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Q. Do you repair Apple or Chromebook computers?

A. Sorry but we cannot do repair work on Apple or Chromebook machines. All of our experience is with Windows based computers.
